What is Autism?<\/h1>

Autism is a neuro developmental disability which is increasing in India as 4 in every 100 children. As there is no school or therapy center in Marathwada for autistic children and young adults.<\/p>\n

A residential school for Autistic Children and young adults<\/p>\n

The person with disabilities (PWD) and Autism spectrum Disorder (ASD) are most marginalized and weaker section of society. The United Nations Convention for Rights of Person with Disabilities gives equal rights to disabled people and India is an active member of this convention. However, India is lagging far behind to make PWD and ASD an inclusive member of our society. We need to make an inclusive living space for PWD and ASD where they live with others in our society. In such society the PWD and ASD would also act as a support for others with similar needs. Aurangabad would be perfect place to start this residential locality. Because of its proximity from Mumbai and Pune and the Aurangabad (Chh. Sambhajinagar) is Known as Historical place. Aurangabad stands out for such project. The huge PWD and ASD population needs a place where they can be made to feel the part of the society.<\/p>\n

This project will enhance the skills and quality of life of PWD, ASD and enables them to work for their livelihood.<\/p>\n

AARAMBH Trust is a registered non-governmental organization in public trust F-18037 working to provide quality special education, therapy, and vocational training to autistic and slow learner children since 2011. It is the first Autism centre in the Marathwada region. It offers complete care and a happy, dignified, and secure life filled with love, compassion, and achievement-oriented activities to autistic and slow learner children. We would work closely at all stages from making disabled and Autism friendly construction to all peoples of PWD and ASD. It wills a unique and first residential project for Autism spectrum Disorder people.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space]

  • Plumbing, Tiling and electrification work in process.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • kitchen work in progress.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Solar street lights work in process. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Window and grill work is started. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Painting work allotted, will start soon.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Solar water pump is in place. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Plantation of Fencing started. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Internal road work will start in this month.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Finalized interior design plan. Work will start in May end.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
